The Aura Crossbody is one of my earliest designs, revived for 2026 in gorgeous Italian bridle leather. Based on a vintage Dooney silhouette, the Aura is a versatile crossbody bag with an understated, no-nonsense aesthetic. Made from premium Italian leather with a half-moon body shape with an interior notched slip pocket, Aura features solid brass hardware, hand stitching, and a Sam Browne button closure with optional keeper strap.
There are two ways to fasten the Aura closure. When using the keeper strap, the Sam Browne closure is tight and secure, perfect for traveling, commuting, or crowded public spaces. Skip the keeper strap for faster, easier entry while shopping or running errands.
The Aura shown here is made from Italian bridle shoulder, with colonial tan contrast thread that appears gold against the black leather.
