The Aurantia Crossbody is one of my earliest designs, revived for 2026 in gorgeous Italian leather. Based on a vintage Dooney silhouette, the Aurantia is a versatile crossbody bag with an understated, no-nonsense aesthetic. Made from premium Italian leather with a half-moon body shape and a single interior notched slip pocket, Aurantia features solid brass hardware, hand stitching, and a Sam Browne button closure with optional keeper strap.
There are two ways to fasten the Aurantia closure. When using the keeper strap, the Sam Browne closure is tight and secure, perfect for traveling, commuting, or crowded public spaces. Skip the keeper strap for faster, easier entry while shopping or running errands.
The Aurantia shown here is made with black Apollo leather from MPG Industria Cociaria (Italy), with colonial tan contrast thread that appears gold against the black leather.
